Affirm Journal of Assessment

Assessment is not only used to evaluate students' progress but also functions as a tool for learning. New trends in the assessment, such as dynamic and formative assessments, have made assessment more motivating for the students. However, concerns about accurate assessment still exist among educators. Affirm Journal of assessment is an international and interdisciplinary journal that aims at enhancing knowledge of assessment among educators. The advisory board of the Affirm Journal of Assessment invites educators in various fields to submit original papers, empirical studies, case studies, and review studies on new trends in the assessment. The particular focus of the journal is on assessment as a tool for learning, reliability, and validity of tests, test design, global tests, and local tests. We expect the researchers to abide rules of conducting ethical research. The accredited editorial board of Affirm Journal of Assessment will have a close look at every single manuscript sent to the journal and are sensitive to issues such as ghostwriting, unethical research practices, and inscrutable research reports. Affirm Journal of Assessment abides Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing suggested by The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA), and Scopus.
